ALAMINOS CITY--Alaminos City Mayor Hernani Braganza is seeking reelection on a platform of good governance, which his new affiliation, the Liberal Party, is advocating.

In a press release, Braganza said he wishes to serve his constituents for another term to continue the various programs that he started in the city.

Among these are the Bright Child program which helps improve nutrition levels among school children, wireless Internet connectivity of all schools in the city, improved health care delivery systems, a stepped up peace and order campaign to keep the city safe for tourists and investors and the continued construction of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges and school buildings.

“Alaminos will soon become a globally competitive city. We can bring Alaminos from fourth to first-world city status,” said Braganza in his press release.

He said he would work in harmony with the legislative branch of the city government to further fast track his projects.

Alaminos boasts of its main tourist attraction, the Hundred Islands National Park.
